The elderly bicyclist was found in the unit block of Hilltop Lane near Merryman Road around 10 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 24, according to Annapolis police.
The 74-year-old man tragically passed away on the scene from injuries sustained in the crash.
The vehicle did not stay at the scene and has not yet been found. Hilltop Lane was closed for crash reconstruction for several hours after the crash.
